Jane joined Saatchi & Saatchi in 2007 inspired by a belief in the unreasonable power of creativity to solve the world’s problems and inspire people, businesses, and communities to act on the things care about.
Jane works with clients to help articulate company and brand Purpose, identify Organising Ideas inspired by stakeholders, and align business and brand strategy. In addition, Jane helps drive Saatchi & Saatchi’s global transformation and innovation strategy inspired by Lovemarks, designing and delivering training and development programmes as well as piloting new processes for creative and strategic development for Saatchi & Saatchi worldwide.
Jane also heads the Global Xploring practice, a form of experiential ethnography, focused on uncovering human-centred insights.
Before joining Saatchi & Saatchi, Jane worked in public health with a focus on disaster recovery and community mobilization in places like Mozambique, New Orleans, and Central Asia. She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and an MBA from Cambridge University. She lectures on creativity in business and organisational change at the Judge Business School and the London Business School.
