Sebastian Dreyfus
Managing Director

After completing a Foundation course at Bristol College of Art & Design, Sebastian achieved a double honours degree in English and Anthropology/Zoology at the University of Toronto in Canada.

He then got a position on the Saatchi & Saatchi graduate programme. But recognising the opportunity to do more ‘engaging' communications through direct media, in 1995 he joined the multi-award winning direct agency Craik Jones.

After 3 enjoyable years working on accounts such as: ppp healthcare, Parcelforce, Rover Cars, BT and The Independent newspaper, where he won a 2 John Caples Creative Awards, he moved to Wunderman (WCJ) to become the Account Director for Fujifilm and the AA (Automobile Association).

He then spent the next 3 years heading up the HP account at Banner Corporation across EMEA. In 2005, in an agency reshuffle, HP consolidated their business into Publicis Dialog and asked Sebastian to join them. He accepted their kind invitation and ran the Online EMEA Team for HP and became Head of Digital at Publicis Dialog.

In 2007, he was promoted to Managing Director of Publicis Modem, a newly formed digital agency built from Modem Media and Publicis Dialog. After growing the agency by 26% in the first year in 2008 he was promoted again to CEO. In 2009, while working on a Global pitch with 4 separate Publicis Groupe agencies, he met Adam Werbach who asked him to help revitalise Saatchi & Saatchi S in EMEA - the sustainable agency for the Groupe.

Sebastian's passions are his kids (Jasper 7 and Bibi 5), reading historical fiction novels and the disadvantaged children's school mentor program he is involved in.
